Bruce Alan Cozart is a Republican representing District 91 in the Arkansas House of Representatives, covering a portion of Garland County including Hot Springs. He is a general contractor who owns Bruce Cozart Construction, Inc., specializing in commercial and residential buildings, and is affiliated with the Assembly of God church.
