Biography

Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick, born on December 17, 1973, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent. Raised in Levittown, Pennsylvania, he has represented Pennsylvania's 1st Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2017. Prior to his political career, Fitzpatrick served as an FBI Special Agent and Federal Prosecutor for 14 years, focusing on political corruption, counterterrorism, and counterintelligence. His assignments included being embedded with U.S. Special Forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
