Biography
Brett Easterbrook is a Republican representing District 65 in the Alabama House of Representatives since November 7, 2018. He resides in Four Points, Alabama, near Fruitdale. Easterbrook defeated incumbent Democrat Elaine Beech in 2018 with 52.8% of the vote and was reelected in 2022 with 72.7% after winning the Republican primary 70.3%-29.7%. Before politics, he worked as an accountant at Mauldin & Jenkins and as a contractor for Easterbrook Homes . He serves as Vice Chair of the Insurance Committee and on committees including Education Policy, State Government, Transportation, Utilities and Infrastructure, Agriculture and Forestry, Baldwin County Legislation, Ways and Means General Fund, and the Permanent Joint Legislative Committee on Finances and Budget.
