Biography
Breanne Davis
Breanne Davis is a Republican member of the Arkansas State Senate representing District 25, which includes most of Pope and Conway Counties. She won a special election in 2018 and assumed office on June 19, 2018. Davis is from Russellville and serves as the Senate Majority Whip for the 95th General Assembly.
Davis has deep roots in her community, having grown up in Russellville. She is actively involved in local civic organizations, volunteering with Fellowship Bible Church, Partners Against Trafficking Humans, the Russellville Downtown Master Planning Committee, and Leadership Russellville. She is married to John-Paul and has four children.
Education
Davis holds a Master of Science degree in Community Economic Development from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Communications from Arkansas Tech University. She graduated from Russellville High School.

- Lead sponsor of ACT 237 of 2023, known as the LEARNS Act, which implemented sweeping reforms in school finance, literacy, teacher pay, and parental choice
- Sponsored "Lila's Law" in 2021, legislation addressing child welfare concerns
- Co-sponsored bills expanding broadband internet access in rural areas, strengthening investigations into maltreatment at long-term care facilities, and raising interstate speed limits to 75 miles per hour
Prior Public Service:
- Served on the Russellville School Board for nearly 10 years, holding positions as secretary, communications liaison, and president
- Served on the Arkansas Board of State Athletic Training and the Arkansas Commission on Eye and Vision Care of School-Age Children

- Served as an office manager for a lobbying firm and for Blackstone Construction
