Brandon Jackson Storm is a Republican Kentucky State Senator representing District 21, which includes Casey, Laurel, Lincoln, and Rockcastle counties. Born on May 14, 1976, in London, KY, he is a Baptist, married to Jaclyn with three children , and owns Brandon J. Storm Law Office. Elected in 2020 and serving since 2021, he chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, co-chairs the Juvenile Justice Oversight Council, and serves on committees including Transportation , Banking and Insurance, and various joint and budget subcommittees. Notable achievements include selection for the 2025 NCSL Youth Justice Fellows Program for advancing youth justice reform, balancing public safety and rehabilitation, and graduating from the 2023 Henry Toll Fellowship as Kentucky's sole participant.
