Senator Brandon Creighton ** represents **Texas Senate District 4, encompassing Harris, Chambers, Jefferson, most of Montgomery, and Galveston counties. An eighth-generation Montgomery County resident born on August 5, 1970, he was raised on a working ranch as the youngest of four children, emphasizing values of hard work, personal responsibility, and faith. He resides in Montgomery County with his family and is known for his conservative record, including leadership on franchise and property tax relief, water and transportation infrastructure, border security, and flood resilience post-Hurricane Harvey. Notable achievements include authoring Senate Bill 7 for flood mitigation, chairing efforts to block Obamacare in Texas, and being ranked the most conservative senator; his trademark phrase is "Let Texas Run Texas." Currently, he serves as President Pro Tempore of the Texas State Senate .
