Biography
Brad Tabke is a Democratic-Farmer-Labor member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, representing District 54A in Scott County, encompassing parts of Shakopee in the southwestern Twin Cities metro area. He serves as Assistant Majority Leader and is currently in his 3rd non-consecutive term, having first been elected in 2018 to District 55A , losing re-election in 2020, and returning in 2023 to District 54A. A consultant by occupation with a background as an Iowa farm kid, Tabke is married to Katy with two children and focuses on issues like transportation, public safety, and making Shakopee a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
Notable positions and achievements include co-chairing the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee and serving on the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. He holds leadership roles such as Assistant Majority Leader .
