Biography
Bradley Slagh is a Republican representative for Michigan's 85th House District, which includes parts of Ottawa County such as Georgetown and Zeeland Township, the cities of Hudsonville and Zeeland, and parts of Jamestown and Holland townships. Born on February 21, 1957, in Kalamazoo, he has served in the Michigan House since his first election in November 2018. He is married to Carol Slagh for 37 years, with three grown children: Rachel, Katie, and Phillip; they reside in the Zeeland area and attend Ridge Pointe Church in Holland. Notable achievements include sponsoring legislation to prevent mid-season changes to Michigan's hunting and fishing rules, previous service as Republican vice chair of the House Appropriations Corrections Subcommittee, and prior roles as Zeeland Township Supervisor and Ottawa County Treasurer.
