Biography
Brad Banderman
Brad Banderman is a Republican representing District 119 in the Missouri House of Representatives, which includes part of Franklin County. He was born in Festus, Missouri, and is a Christian. With the exception of approximately three years spent in Canon City, Colorado, Banderman has lived in the St. Clair and Union, Missouri area his entire life.
Education
Banderman graduated from Union High School in 1995, where he was known by friends as "Bandit." He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with an emphasis in youth education from Missouri Baptist College in St. Louis and took additional classes at East Central College to complete his degree.
Political Experience and Positions
During his career, Banderman has held various positions in his community. He works as a substitute teacher and bus driver for the St. Clair R-13 school district. Additionally, he serves as the Assistant Chaplain for the St. Clair Police Department.
As a candidate, Banderman has positioned himself as an independent and innovative Republican who holds many of the party's platform principles while remaining responsive to the diverse opinions of his constituents. Prior to his work in education and public service, he worked at the Bud Anderson Car Dealership, McDonald's, and Pendaflex during his high school and college years.
