Biography
Robert "Bob" Foley is a Republican state representative for House District 145 in Maine, representing the town of Wells in York County. Born in 1953, he is married to Maryanne, with two children and four grandchildren. Foley works as an insurance sales professional and Certified Insurance Counselor. He serves as Ranking Member in the House and has affiliations with Save Our Shores - Maine and Sounders Park Community Center. Notable positions include prior service in the Maine Senate and House , committees such as Insurance and Financial Affairs, Environment and Natural Resources, and Health Coverage, Insurance and Financial Services. In September 2025, he joined Republican lawmakers calling to revoke Gulf of Maine offshore wind leases.
