Biography
Robert Joseph Auth is a Republican Assembly Member representing New Jersey's 39th Legislative District in the General Assembly since January 14, 2014. A committed conservative, he serves on the Financial Institutions and Insurance Committee, Commerce and Economic Development Committee, and Judiciary Committee. Notable achievements include being the first New Jersey legislator to endorse Donald Trump in 2016, attending Trump's inauguration, and serving as a delegate to the Republican National Convention that year. He won re-election in tight races, including in 2023 against strong Democratic challengers.
