Biography
Bo Biteman is a Republican state senator representing Wyoming Senate District 21 . He serves as President of the Wyoming State Senate since 2019, following two years in the Wyoming House of Representatives . A "Constitutional Conservative," he is recognized as one of Wyoming's most conservative legislators, earning 100% ratings from the American Conservative Union and Club for Growth. Notable achievements include advocating for energy independence , budget restraint as a "budget hawk" and "lobbyist for working men and women," and sponsoring pro-life legislation like a 2020 fetal heartbeat bill. He co-sponsored the 2026 Wyoming Energy Dominance Fund for fossil fuels and minerals. As a Certified Professional Landman with over 16 years in oil, gas, and mining, he serves on committees including Senate Minerals, Business and Economic Development; Revenue; Education; Select Federal Natural Resource Management; and Management Audit.
