D. Billy Jones is a Democrat who represented New York's 115th Assembly District from 2016 to 2025. The district covers the North Country region, including Clinton County, Franklin County, and part of Essex County. He resigned in August 2025 to become Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Workforce Development at Clinton Community College, leading its Institute for Advanced Manufacturing.
