Biography

Bill Rhiley is a Republican member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing District 80. Elected in 2018, he assumed office in January 2019 after defeating incumbent Anita Judd-Jenkins in the Republican primary. He faced no Democratic challengers in 2018 or 2020 and ran again in the 2024 general election. A businessman and former educator, Rhiley owns a bed and breakfast in Wellington, Kansas, with his wife.
