Biography

Bill Owen is a Republican member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 131. Born in Springfield, Missouri, he is a proud husband, father, and grandfather with 38 years of experience in banking, including serving as Senior Vice President of Bank of Bolivar in Springfield.
