Lewis "Bill" Bloom is a Republican representative for Kansas House District 64, serving since January 9, 2023, after winning the 2022 election to succeed Suzi Carlson. A lifelong farmer and stockman from rural Clay Center, Kansas, he is married to Linda, a retired elementary school teacher, and they have three children and eight grandchildren. Bloom is a member of the Morganville Methodist Church and served six years in the Kansas National Guard. He has pledged support for congressional term limits through the U.S. Term Limits convention pledge.
