Bill Bell serves as Delegate for West Virginia House District 8, representing Doddridge, Tyler, and Wetzel counties. Born on April 18, 1987, in Parkersburg, WV, he is a 5th-grade teacher in Wetzel County Schools, a Baptist, and was appointed to the House by Governor Patrick Morrisey to fill a vacancy left by David Kelly. Notable achievements include being named 2025 WV History Teacher of the Year, serving as President of the Paden City Lions Club, and holding memberships in the Wetzel County Republican Executive Committee and National Rifle Association.
