Beth Camp

Representative Beth Camp is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives representing District 135, which encompasses parts of Lamar, Pike, and Spalding Counties.

Elizabeth Anne Camp was born in 1974 and is an American businesswoman from Georgia. She began her professional career at age 17 as a 911 operator and later became an emergency medical technician. For several years, she managed Mar-Be-Me Farm, which she and her husband own in Concord, Georgia.

Education and Early Career

Camp has worked in real estate since 2006 as a full-time realtor. She served as the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty in Zebulon from 2018 to 2023 and currently operates as a Georgia licensed real estate broker and owner of Camp & Associates, LLC.

Political Experience

Camp began her political involvement in 1988 by making phone calls for George H.W. Bush's presidential campaign. Her first elected position came in 2016 when she was non-contested for the Pike County Board of Education District 4 seat, serving a full term from 2017 to 2020.

In March 2020, Camp ran for the open Georgia House District 131 seat and was sworn in on January 11, 2021. Following redistricting, she was re-elected to represent the newly formed House District 135, being sworn in for her second term on January 9, 2023.

In the 2025-2026 session, Representative Camp serves as Chairman of the Intergovernmental Coordination Committee and holds memberships on the Agriculture & Consumer Affairs, Energy Utilities & Telecommunications, State Planning, Judiciary Juvenile, and Ways & Means committees.
