Ben Thomas Moss Jr. is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives, representing District 52 since 2023, following service in District 66 and District 68. A railroad engineer and resident of Rockingham, North Carolina, he defeated incumbent Democrat Scott Brewer in the 2020 election and previously served on the Richmond County Board of Commissioners from 2010 to 2020. He is married to Amber with two children, Maggie and Sam, and is Christian.
