Biography

Barbara McCann Stamato is a Democratic politician who represented New Jersey's 31st Legislative District in the General Assembly from 2024 to 2026. A lifelong resident of Jersey City, she is the youngest of five children born to Roy and Betty McCann. She served on the New Jersey Democratic State Committee and Democratic organizations in Hudson County and Jersey City.
