Austin Foss is a Democratic-NPL member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 44 in Fargo. An architect and entrepreneur, he was first elected to the House in 2024 and took office in 2025. Raised in Hatton, North Dakota, by teacher parents, Foss advocates for affordable housing, modernized education, environmental protection, and bipartisan collaboration. He is married to Ryan and serves on the Fargo Downtown Neighborhood Association, where he chaired in 2022. Notable ventures include co-founding Pops & Bejou Games in 2020.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: BA and MA in Architecture from North Dakota State University , graduated 2017.
• Professional Experience: Worked in Minneapolis on affordable multi-family housing; returned to Fargo in 2019 for remote work; joined ICON Architectural Group focusing on educational facilities; member of the American Institute of Architects.
