Ashley Bartley is a Republican state representative for Franklin-1 in the Vermont House of Representatives, serving since 2023. A lifelong Vermonter raised by a long line of farmers, she grew up in Charlotte and resides in Fairfax with her husband, two children, and dog. She works as Director of HR & Operations at Neville Companies, Inc., and enjoys cooking with family, gardening, and attending her children's sports activities. Notable community service includes prior roles on the Franklin County Home Health Agency Board of Directors and as Secretary of the Fairfax Community Library Board of Trustees, where she focused on early-childhood literacy.
