Arthur L. Bell is a Democratic state representative serving House District 103 in the Maine House of Representatives, representing Yarmouth in Cumberland County. He has served three terms , elected initially to the 47th district in 2020, redistricted to the 103rd in 2022, and currently in his third term as of late 2025. A retired professional with a background in corporate finance, Bell resides in Yarmouth with his wife, Robin Hodgskin; they have three children. He serves on the Environment and Natural Resources Committee.

Education and Political Experience

• Education: Earned a B.A. in mathematics and economics from Colby College in 1974; M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1976.
