Biography
Anthony S. Verrelli is a Democratic Assemblyman representing New Jersey's 15th Legislative District in the General Assembly. A lifelong resident of the district, born January 6, 1964, in Trenton, he lives in Pennington with his wife, Donna, and daughter, Alyssa. A career union carpenter with over 30 years in the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America since 1989, he has served as president of Local 254, senior council representative, team leader, and trustee for Northeast Carpenters Funds. Notable achievements include advocating for minimum wage increases, workers' rights, healthcare access , reentry programs to reduce recidivism, and protections for veterans, seniors, children, and the environment. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Mercer County Improvement Authority.
