Anthony A. Bellmon is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 203rd District since his election on November 8, 2022. The district encompasses neighborhoods in Northeast Philadelphia including Olney, Lawncrest, Lawndale, Castor Gardens, and Oxford Circle. Born April 12, 1990, and raised in Northwest Philadelphia, he previously worked eight years in the office of U.S. Congressman Brendan F. Boyle, serving as a constituent service representative handling housing, student loans, and immigration issues, and later as senior advisor advancing policies for children and working families. As a community organizer, he focused on increasing voter participation in underserved communities, served as committeeperson and on the executive board of Philadelphia's 61st Ward, and volunteered with the Friends of the Greater Olney Library as a tutor and mentor. Notable committee roles for the 2025–2026 session include Secretary of Human Services, Chair of the Subcommittee on Recreation, and Chair of the Subcommittee on Highways, among others like Appropriations, Children & Youth, Commerce, Tourism, Recreation & Economic Development, and Transportation. He has highlighted state budget wins for reducing violence, addressing food insecurity, and improving schools.

Education and Political Experience
