Ann Millner is a Republican Utah State Senator representing District 5, which covers parts of Davis, Morgan, and Weber counties. Notable achievements include serving as the 11th president of Weber State University from 2002 to 2012—the first woman in that role—where enrollment grew nearly 40% and the university expanded to a multicampus institution with WSU-Davis.
