Angelica Rubio is a Democratic member of the New Mexico House of Representatives, representing District 35. She was first elected to the chamber in 2016. Rubio graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso and a master's degree in education from Notre Dame de Namur University.
