Angela Arsenault is a Democrat representing Chittenden-2 in the Vermont House of Representatives , elected in 2022 and serving since 2023. Born in Burlington and raised in Central Vermont and the Northeast Kingdom, she moved to Williston in 2010 to raise her two children with her husband; her parents and three siblings also live in Vermont. A journalist with over 20 years of experience, she has written on parenting, family, and women's issues for outlets like KidsVT, The Week, New York Post, and others. Notable achievements include chairing the Champlain Valley School District Board of Directors , volunteering with the Williston Community Justice Center and CY Mentoring, and membership in the Williston-Richmond Rotary Club. In the legislature, she serves on the House Judiciary Committee, Joint Committee on Judicial Retention, and as co-chair of the Women’s Legislative Caucus.
