Andy Fugate is a Democratic member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, representing District 94 since November 15, 2018. He serves as Minority Floor Leader since January 2021, succeeding David Perryman, and holds committee roles including Appropriations and Budget, Public Safety, Government Oversight, Joint Committee on Appropriations and Budget, Rules, and Veterans and Military Affairs. A technology leader, father, and community volunteer, Fugate has been involved in organizations like Del City Rotary , Del City Kiwanis, Del City Chamber of Commerce, Mid-Del Tinker 100, Oklahoma Close Up Foundation , Oklahoma City Jazz Orchestra, Scouting BSA, and Sunny Lane United Methodist Church. Notable achievements include sponsoring HB 4286 to prohibit insurance companies from using credit scores for rates and long-term service on the Mid-Del Public Schools Foundation board .
