Biography

Amy D. Kuhn is a Democratic member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing House District 111 . Elected in November 2022, she assumed office on December 7, 2022, and is serving her second term as of 2026. Notable achievements include serving as House Chair of the Judiciary Committee, which oversees judicial matters, criminal and civil procedure, family law, and related areas; she also serves on the NCSL Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Privacy. Previously, she was a Falmouth Town Councilor from 2018 to 2022, including three years as chair, and held leadership roles such as president of the Falmouth Memorial Library Board of Trustees and co-chair of its building campaign. An attorney with nearly 20 years working with nonprofits, she resides in Falmouth with her spouse Jamie and their three children.
