About

Alonna Berry is a Democratic representative for District 20 in the Delaware House of Representatives, serving Sussex County. She was elected in a special election in 2025, winning by 121 votes, and was sworn in on August 12, 2025, to fill a vacancy. A lifelong Sussex County resident from Milton, she lives with her husband, a U.S. Army veteran, and their two sons. Her family includes veterans and educators, and she herself served two years as an AmeriCorps member.
