Biography
Allan Howland is a Democratic member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Strafford District 20. A longtime resident of Durham, New Hampshire, he previously served on the Oyster River School Board and Durham Town Council . He was elected to the state house in 2022 after a decade on the school board and six years on the town council. Howland is married with three children and resides at 32 Ffrost Drive, Durham, NH. He is a former high school science teacher and has been involved in local initiatives, including creating the CelebrateDurhamNH.com website in 2017.
