ABOUT
Alison H. Clarkson was born in Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont in 1990 with a B.A. in Political Science. After college, Alison worked on several political campaigns before joining the office of U.S. Senator Patrick Leahy in 1993 as a legislative aide. In 1998, Alison enrolled in law school at Vermont Law School. She worked part-time in private practice while earning her J.D., which she completed in 2001. After law school, Alison worked as a public defender before going into private practice in 2004. She specialized in civil rights and employment law.read less
