Alice M. Emmons is a Democrat representing Windsor-3 in the Vermont House of Representatives. Born February 14, 1955, in Springfield, Vermont, she has served continuously since 1983, making her a long-serving incumbent. She resides in Springfield with her husband, John Middleton, and owns and operates Lamps & Shades by Alice.
