Aletheia McCaskill (44B)

Aletheia McCaskill represents District 44B in Baltimore County, Maryland, as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates. Born in Baltimore on September 30, 1971, she is a union activist, small business owner , and former computer analyst who transitioned to early childhood education. Married with two children, she serves as Vice President of the Early Learning Division for SEIU Local 500 and holds positions on the House Appropriations Committee, including Chair of the Racing and Sports Facilities Subcommittee . Notable achievements include the HERStory Award from The Links, Incorporated , Women of Impact Award , Delegate of the Year from the Maryland Black Caucus Foundation , and Distinguished Alumni Award from Stevenson University .
