Alan Seabaugh (0031)

Alan Seabaugh is a Republican State Senator representing District 31 in Louisiana, covering parishes including Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, Natchitoches, Rapides, Red River, Sabine, Webster, and Winn. Born on May 20, 1967, in Shreveport, Louisiana, he is an attorney and founding partner of Seabaugh & Sepulvado law firm, practicing since 1994. Notable achievements include serving as Chair of the Senate Committee on Labor and Industrial Relations, and membership on the Insurance and Judiciary A committees. He is also part of the Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation and North Louisiana Legislative Delegation, and serves on the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions, grading the Constitutional Law section of the bar exam. Elected to the Senate in 2023, he is eligible to serve through the 2032-2036 term.
