T. Alan Morgan, Jr. is a Republican representative for District 18 in the South Carolina House of Representatives. Born on February 8, 1988, in Dallas, Texas, he moved to Greer, South Carolina, as a high school student over 20 years ago and now resides there with his wife, Karis Elizabeth Morgan, whom he married on July 17, 2021. Karis is a teacher in Greenville County Schools and orchestra director at Morningside Baptist Church, where Alan serves as a deacon and small group leader. He works as Director of Sales & Technology for a small family-run business. Notable achievements include his election to complete an open term in District 18 on June 15, 2022, followed by re-election to a full term in November 2022. He is a member of the South Carolina Freedom Caucus and serves on the Agriculture, Natural Resources & Environmental Affairs Committee. Morgan advocates for lower taxes , border security, education improvements , pro-life policies , and road repairs.

• Education: Graduated from Bob Jones University in Greenville with a B.S. in 2010.
• Political Experience: Began in campaigns for conservative candidates in the Upstate; involved with Greenville County GOP and Greenville Young Republicans since 2015; elected 3rd Vice Chairman of the South Carolina Republican Party ; alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention . Elected to South Carolina House District 18 in 2022, focusing on conservative reforms, reduced government spending, Second Amendment rights, and right-to-life issues.
