Representative Alan Baker is a Republican serving Alabama House District 66, which includes portions of Baldwin County and Escambia County. Born in Brewton, Alabama, on July 15, 1956, he was elected to the Alabama House of Representatives in 2006. Notable achievements include a 27-year career in public education as a teacher and coach, where his teams won 10 state championships , leading to his induction into the Alabama High School Athletic Association Sports Hall of Fame in 2008; he retired from education in 2005.
