Al Novstrup is a Republican member of the South Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 3 . Born on August 4, 1954, in Sisseton, South Dakota, he is a business owner, including as owner and president of Thunder Road Family Fun Park since 1994, and previously managed Computer Specialists from 1982 to 2001. He assumed office on January 14, 2025, with his current term ending January 12, 2027, and has served in the legislature since 2003, alternating between the House and Senate .
