Adline Cecilia Clarke is a Democratic member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 97 in Mobile County since 2013. She was first elected on May 21, 2013, to fill an unexpired term and has won subsequent four-year terms in 2014 and 2018. Notable achievements include serving as Democratic Party Whip, chairing the Policy Committee of the House Democratic Caucus, and being named “Legislator of the Year” by the Caucus in 2017.
