Adam Clay Miller is an American attorney, retired U.S. Army colonel, and former Democratic state representative in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represented the 17th district from 2017 to 2022 and the 6th district from 2023 to 2024 or 2025. A Democrat, he served as House Democratic Caucus Chair and recently led the Ohio Democratic Party Veteran Caucus. He is currently running for U.S. Congress in Ohio's 15th Congressional District in the 2026 elections, with endorsements from groups like the American Federation of Government Employees.

Notable achievements include co-founding Ohio's first statewide free legal assistance service for veterans , championing special education funding and death penalty repeal, unsuccessful runs for U.S. House and Ohio State Board of Education , and military service with two Afghanistan tours as a Judge Advocate General's Corps officer.

Married to Helen Miller with son Christopher, he works as a director at Kegler, Brown, Hill + Ritter and adjunct instructor at National Defense University.
