Shawn R. Eatherton has served as Buffalo County Attorney since first taking office in 2003. He oversees the Criminal, Civil, and Juvenile divisions and also serves as County Coroner. A graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law, Eatherton has practiced law in the state for over two decades.
