Ryan O’Neill

Ryan O’Neill is the President of the Grand Island City Council and was elected to represent Ward 3 in December 2024. He is 44 years old and works as an IT Manager for Amur Equipment Finance. O’Neill holds an Associate of Applied Science from Central Community College and technical certifications from Bellevue University, CompTIA, and Microsoft.
