Rick Vest

Rick Vest has served District 5 since 2018 and was re-elected in 2022. A lifelong Nebraskan and former BNSF Railway carman, he represents Northeast Lincoln, Waverly, and surrounding rural areas, emphasizing constituent services and infrastructure.
