Lindsey Miller-Lerman was appointed to the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1998 by Governor Ben Nelson, becoming the first woman to serve on the court. She has presided over appellate matters since 1998 and served previously on the Nebraska Court of Appeals and as a district and county court judge.
