Lee Polikov

Lee Polikov has served as Sarpy County Attorney since 2023 and leads a team of deputies prosecuting misdemeanor and felony offenses for the county. He oversees the Criminal Division and Victim-Witness Services, managing case strategy and community outreach. Polikov holds a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and previously practiced as a chief deputy in Sarpy County’s office.
