Jason M. Bergevin

Jason M. Bergevin was appointed as an Associate Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court in January 2025 after serving on the Platte County District Court. He fills the vacancy created by the elevation of Chief Justice Jeffrey Funke and faces retention in the November 2026 election.
