Jason Bergevin

Jason M. Bergevin was appointed by Governor Jim Pillen on January 2, 2025, to the Nebraska Supreme Court representing the Fifth Judicial District. He previously served as a district court judge in the Fifth Judicial District and as a county court judge, bringing extensive trial-level experience to the bench.
