Christian Espinosa Torres

Christian Espinosa Torres is the Assistant Director of the Omaha Human Rights and Relations Department. He is running for Douglas County Treasurer on a platform of increasing transparency in tax collection and reducing transaction fees for county taxpayers. This is his first campaign for elected office.
