- Reside in Nebraska.

- an associate degree, diploma, or certificate in nursing, or
- an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- State an intent to practice upon completion as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), licensed registered nurse (RN), or nurse aide.
- Agree in writing to work for two years in Nebraska after completing the nursing program, in the capacity of LPN, RN, or nurse aide.
